Sunday, June 2, is the final day to visit the statues that once lined the roof of Notre Dame. With luck or divine intervention, the 16 statues that once protected the spire were removed just days before the fire destroyed the roof and spire.

Restored in 2020, they have been installed in the Cite de l'Architecture so we could have an unclose view of each of them before they return to the roof. While it is sad to see them go, it is so exciting to know the roof is close to completion and, I can't wait to see them back watching over the city.

Join me Sunday for a walk through the exhibit dedicated to the restoration of the cathedral and the history of the spire and building of Notre Dame.
